Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is scheduled for release in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Brazil, and Ireland on 15 July 2009.

It is a new adventure-fantasy film which is based on the same name novel by J. K. Rowling. The sixth part of Harry Potter’s adventures was directed by David Yates, who directed the previous part of the Harry Potter series (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix). Steve Kloves who screen wrote the first four films was a screenwriter for this film as well.

As for the plot, here it is: Voldemort tightens his grip again on wizarding worlds and the Muggle and Hogwarts stops to be that safe haven it previously was. Dumbledore pays little attention to Harry’s worries that the major dangers may come from within their castle, and focuses on preparing the young wizard for the final battle, which, he thinks, is approaching quickly. They both try to combine their strengths and find the way to block Voldemort’s defenses and to do this Dumbledore decides to recruit a colleague and an old friend of his Professor Horace Slughorn, as the old wizard believes whom he has required crucial knowledge.

Meanwhile, young Hogwarts’ students are growing up and they are attacked by their teenage hormones, which lead to a lot of troubles in their lives. Harry starts to notice that he likes Ginny a lot, but Dean Thomas becomes his rival in this game. Lavender Brown happens to fell in love with Ron, and Hermione simpers with jealousy when she watches what’s going on with her friends but she determines not to demonstrate her feelings. And do not forget about one student who always slipped to follow his dark feelings, and in this adventure he is not going to take the positive side neither. With all the love and the tragedy hovering over Hogwarts, our young heroes try to find answers to the questions they face.
